Processing

We usually ship within one to two business days of your order.

Delivery

Delivery takes seven to fourteen days after your order leaves us. You will get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Where we ship

Currently the United States only. Rates and any duties are calculated at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is late beyond that window, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resend it. We do not ask you to chase the carrier.
