Free returns within 30 days

Return anything within 30 days of delivery, worn or unworn, for a full refund. Return shipping is on us.

One free size exchange

You could not try it on before buying, so if the size is wrong we will exchange it once at no cost. Start an exchange from your order confirmation email or contact us.

How to start a return

Reply to your order confirmation email, or use the contact page. We will send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving.

What we cannot accept

Anything returned more than 30 days after delivery, and anything damaged beyond normal wear. Hygiene is not a reason we refuse a return: every garment we get back is either resold as an opened-box item at a lower price or recycled, and never resold as new.
